DRIVER EDUCATION COURSE AND ROAD LESSONS
Students may sign up for education course at 15 year and 9 months of age. Even though the indoor classes go quickly the 12 hours of road lessons and 6 hours of observation and the 2 hours parent class, still need to be completed for certification.
The 6 months span of clean driving record allows student to space out their lessons every two weeks and practice at home what they have been taught on the lessons at WCDS. All the maneuvers, such as City driving, parallel parking, backing up, three points turn, up and down hills, as well as Highway driving. Road lessons can not be rushed.
The law requires Junior Operators to have a six months period of clean driving record and to be well trained by the school and the parents so that they can pass the road test and be good and safe drivers on our streets and highways.
We at Witch City Driving School support the RMV’s policy, and respectfully request the cooperation of both students and parents when calling to set up road lessons. We will do our best to complete the program as soon as possible. We expect the students maintain good behavior and to respect each other.

Fees Explanation
NOTICE: All payments are due and must be paid by the end of the Classroom potion of the program. No road lessons will be set up until the total cost of the program has been paid.
Payments can be made by Cash, Money order, Certified Bank Check, Personal check, (lesson will be given after personal check clears). Completed payments after you start the program are non-refundable.
ROAD TESTS FEES FOR THE REGISTRY OF MOTOR VEHICLE ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PROGRAM COST.
Fees payable to Witch City Driving School for use of the car for Road Test:
WCDS Students $125.00, Non Students $150.00
It is the responsibility of the student to check with the RMV for fees, as they may change at any given time. (Check for Learner’s permit, Road Test, and the actual 5 years License cost).
Students have two year to complete the program. If you do not complete the entire program within one year you will be charge $55.00, per lesson to finish the program.
LATE CANCELlATION:
You will be charge $30.00, for lesson cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the ROAD LESSON. If you do not show up for a lesson you will also be charge $30.00. (Double lesson $60.00)
Student will also be charged a cancellation fee for not providing their Learner’s permit prior to road lesson.
You will not be able to set up another lesson until you pay the late fee. Road Test cancellations fees is none-refundable.
